Can I return a product if I have already started my project?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used, cut, or altered. We recommend checking your supplies and dye lots before beginning your project.
How do I ensure I receive the same dye lot for my order?
Our warehouse team always strives to pick the same dye lot for all balls of yarn within a single order. If we cannot fulfill the order with a matching lot, we will contact you before shipping.
